Because our jewelry is personalized and made-to-order, it cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personalization input, or dislike of the final product. Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be canceled or modified.

You may be eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
