Here at Diamofy, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.

Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel or change your purchase, it is Free within 48 hours. Please note that on all canceled or changed orders (after 48 hours) of personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
Please note that you couldn’t cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, please let us know immediately, we will arrange for replacement and cover the return postage or make a full refund.
*You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help.
Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
